The Central Intelligence Agency is the premier federal agency responsible for providing global intelligence on the ever-changing political, social, economic, technological and military environment. It is responsible for collecting foreign human intelligence, and providing objective, all-source analytic assessments on critical national security issues for the President and other senior policymakers. Here, your paramount goal and mission will be to protect the national security of the United States. Virtually any job you can imagine is available at the CIA — plus, some you cannot even imagine. Currently, CIA is hiring for more than 70 different and exciting student and full-time roles and seeks talent from across the academic spectrum.

Because of the classified nature of our work at the Central Intelligence Agency, the application process is lengthy. Depending on your specific circumstances, the process may take as little as six months or more than a year. COVID-19 has caused some delays in the application process that CIA is mitigating.
